CodeSource Preprinted UID Label Order Process:
- Order: Place an order via this website by selecting Size, Construct, and Format you need for your IUID labels. ($175.00 minimum order does apply)
- Data Submission: CodeSource sales staff will contact you to request your label's unique data, which you can provide excel spreadsheet.
- Formal Proof: After receipt of viable IUID data, a formal proof approval will be sent to you for review and approval prior to printing.
- Production, Quality, Shipping: After client approval, your labels will be produced and each barcode printed will be verified to the latest revision of MIL-STD-130, and your order will be shipped.
FAQs:
- Turnaround Time: Standard 7 business days to shipment from formal proof approval by client.
- Data Submission: Customers will be contacted for variable data via email and must provide an excel spreadsheet complete with their data.
- Expedited Orders: CodeSource does offer expedited order options, but ability to improve on turnaround is based on current demand. Contact sales@codesource.com if you have need for an expedited order.
- Custom Designs: CodeSource can provide custom and built to print labels based on engineering drawings, contract requirements, or your personal requests. Please contact sales@codesource.com with your design information and we can provide a custom quote.
