Shipping policy

Please note that your order processing times are separate from the shipping times shown at checkout. 

All orders are processed and accepted or rejected within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once an order has been accepted, you will receive an order confirmation email with an estimated delivery date.

All products will be shipped F.O.B. Seller’s (FOB Origin) shipping point. While Seller will use all reasonable commercial efforts to maintain the delivery date(s) acknowledged or quoted by Seller, all shipping dates are approximate and not guaranteed. In the absence of specific instructions, Seller will select the carrier; ship prepaid and add the charges to the invoice. Title and risk of loss or damage to any products sold hereunder shall pass from the Seller to the Purchaser upon delivery by Seller to the possession of the carrier.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, and a tracking number shall be included.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@codesource.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We have a 14-day return policy on Standard Items, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. 

Except as otherwise provided with respect to warranty defects, advance written permission to return Goods must be obtained from Seller. Such goods must be current, unused, catalogued Goods in their original packaging and must be shipped, transportation prepaid, to Seller’s designated shipping point. Returns made without proper written permission will not be accepted by Seller. Credit for such returned Goods will be at the billing price or current price, whichever is , from which will be deducted an inspection and repacking charge up to 25% plus the cost of any reconditioning. Seller reserves the right to inspect the Goods prior to authorizing return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@email.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders, custom labels or tags, or personalized items), Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@codesource.com.

Cancellation of Custom Orders. Purchaser may request to cancel Custom or Production orders within 7 days of order and upon payment to Seller of Seller’s cancellation charges which include, among other things, all costs and expenses incurred, and, to cover commitments made, by the Seller and a cancellation charge of up to 25% of the initial price quoted. Seller’s determination of such termination charges shall be conclusive.  Seller reserves the right to refuse to cancel a custom order based on costs already incurred and the decision to refuse to cancel the order will be at the sole discretion of the seller.

Orders for custom labels that require an engineering design or setup fee shall be final at the point of “Proof” image creation and design, regardless of whether the Purchaser has approved said proof or not.
