DataMan® 8050X series readers are equipped with Cognex’s world-class barcode reading algorithms and designed to withstand harsh factory floor conditions. The best in class algorithms decode even challenging barcodes quickly and easily including Direct Part Mark (DPM) codes. And, the flexible modular design ensures the DataMan 8050X series readers are ready to meet ever changing communication needs. The Dataman 8050X can also provide data validation for US DoD UID guidelines, GS-1, ISO15434 and ISO15418.
Modular Communications for Maximum Flexibility
The DataMan 8050X series of industrial barcode readers feature field interchangeable communication modules and enable one reader to be configured to meet specific communication needs to support corded RS-232, USB, and Ethernet options, as well as cordless options including Bluetooth and Wi-Fi.

The DataMan 8050X series barcode readers are constructed to handle the harshest environments. Industrial features include: lanyard hook for easy retractor mounting, bright centralized aimer for clear targeting, loud beeper and indicator lights provide operator feedback.

Wall Mounting Bracket:
This sturdy bracket is specifically designed to hold the DataMan 8000 series units. Comes with nuts/bolts for mounting to a metal frame, as well as wood screws for wall mounting.
Spare Battery:
A spare battery for a wireless DataMan 8050 provides eight hours of charge during normal operation and can be charged and stored within the Intelligent Base Station.
Multi-bank Battery Charger:
Have multiple units with many spare batteries? Charge up to four batteries with the multi-bank charging station.
