Trotec Speedy 400 Flatbed Fiber Laser Marking System

Maximum Working Space with Speedy 400

The Speedy 400 series offers a huge 39'' x 24'' marking chamber able to accomodate larger items like handheld tools, sheets of metal, acrylic foils, and many other large items. This large marking space saves you time and money on pre-cutting, and increases efficiency due to the maximized use of the engraving area. The marking chamber can also be equipped with a wide array of tables built to best assist in your specific application.

High Quality Parts with Low Maintenance

Trotec lasers employ state of the art new technologies combined with high quality parts to make the most durable system available. The quality construction and design excellence of the Speedy 300 sets this CO₂ laser system above its peers. The design of this laser features a state-of-the-art motion system, electronic components, optics, work platform and laser tube. Highest quality components ensure minimal maintenance requirements.

  • The patented InPack TechnologyTM provides the highest laser lifetime in the market. This guarantees years of trouble-free processing even under intensive use. The result is higher productivity and lower operating costs.
  • CeramiCore® technology gives tremendous benefits compared to all standard metal or glass laser sources. The patented CeramiCore® laser source comes from US-based manufacturer Iradion Laser, Inc.

Great for Marking of Metals

The Trotec Fiber Lasers are a great solution for marking of metal parts or tags. Laser marks on metals can be non-contract process that require no preprocessing or post-processing. These non contact markings via annealing are durable solutions that are resistant to chemicals, corrosion, and other outside factors. Laser marking is also extremly precise and can offer high resolution marking that an ink printer cannot achieve.

Available Accesories:

  • Multifunctional Table Options: The Trotec Speedy line can be configured with a variety of table options based on how the laser will be used. These tables can seamlessly be removed and replaced with another between jobs. Table Types include:
    • Ferromagnetic Table: Allows for thin materials like paper, films or laser markable foils to be mounted in the laser bed via magnets. These magnets help ensure even and flat surfaces to achieve optimal marking results.
    • Aluminum Cutting Grid Table: The Aluminum grid table is a robust solution for a variety of general cutting tasks. The table allows for material to remain in a flat posistion as the cutting process takes place, ensuring smooth and accurate cuts.
  • Rotary Attachment: The Trotec rotary attachment can be used to engrave round, cylindrical and conical objects. Using Trotec JobControl software, the rotary attachment's rotational movement is controlled by the y-axis control of the Trotec laser.
