TruCheck FlexHite DPM™
The TruCheck FlexHite DPM offers multiple lighting options and the ability to adjust the camera height. These features provide versatility and flexibility when verifying odd shaped parts.
The adjustable height of this system makes it perfect for verifying symbols even when they are recessed or otherwise hard to reach with other verifiers. Simply place your part under the camera head, and adjust the height with the manual turn-wheel while the software detects the laser positioning indicator for perfect focus. The height adjustment of the FlexHite DPM is guided by Webscan’s patented laser focus indicator.
The TruCheck FlexHite™ DPM can handle your most demanding barcode verification challenges. Not just for direct part marks: a choice of 45-degree lighting for ISO 15415 or AIM DPM-2006/ISO TR 29158 (45, 30 or 90) makes it perfect for virtually any direct part marking application including dot-peen and laser etched UID and UDI symbols. This system is based on the same optical components as the popular TruCheck 2D USB DPM hand-held verifier models, and incorporates the same lighting options, field of view and x-dimension capable versions.
The 9 different lighting options will allow you to check DPM codes on all different types of materials and surfaces. Complies with AIM DPM (45, 30 and 90 degree lighting options). ISO/IEC 15415, ISO/IEC 15416, ISO/IEC 15426-1, ISO/IEC 15426-2, ISO/IEC TR 29158(AIM DPM-2006).

This model has the same optical components and multiple lighting options as the popular TruCheck 2D USB hand-held verifier, but with ability to adjust the imager head height. The adjustable height feature makes this verifier ideal for verifying symbols even when they are recessed or in difficult locations. This unit is great for 1D or 2D DPM marks on shiny or curved surfaces and can also verify printed labels.
TruCheck FlexHite DPM High Resolution TC-853
This model has the same optical components, lighting options and ability to adjust the imager head heights the TruCheck FlexHite DPM standard. The difference is that this model has an even higher resolution camera that allows you to verify codes as small as 3.75mil.
