1. Order: Place an order via this website by selecting Size, Construct, and Format you need for your IUID labels. ($175.00 minimum order does apply)
2. Data Submission: CodeSource sales staff will contact you to request your label's unique data, which you can provide excel spreadsheet.
3. Formal Proof: After receipt of viable IUID data, a formal proof approval will be sent to you for review and approval prior to printing.
4. Production, Quality, Shipping: After client approval, your labels will be produced and each barcode printed will be verified to the latest revision of MIL-STD-130, and your order will be shipped. 
   

FAQs:

• Turnaround Time: Standard 7 business days to shipment from online order and receipt of customer's variable data file. 
• Data Submission: Customers will be contacted for variable data via email and must provide an excel spreadsheet complete with their data.
