Overview:

The CodeSource Freedom 5100™ is CodeSource's large format CO2 laser system designed for marking, cutting, and engraving.  It features a large 52" x 100" work area and maximum engraving speeds of 100”/sec.  The Class IV open bed design provides the user the freedom to easily access the working area that most enclosed systems lack and to work on objects that are larger than the working area, making it ideal for larger projects and complex tasks that require flexibility.  The system provides high output at an attractive price point.

Laser Power: High quality industrial grade laser sources manufactured in the USA with up to 300 watts of power available. These liquid cooled CO2 laser sources utilize a closed loop chilling unit that will properly cool the laser source.  This ensures a longer laser life and consistent marking, cutting, and engraving results over the life of the laser.  Higher laser power gives you the freedom to cut thicker materials and reduce marking and engraving cycle times.

Compliance with Government acquisition regulations: The Freedom 5100™ is Made in the USA and is compliant with all Federal Government acquisition regulations including Section 889, FAR 52.204-24, FAR 52.204-25, and FAR 52.204-26.

Motion System: The moving gantry features powerful servo motors and a flying optics beam delivery.  This delivers consistent laser power and quality over the entire working area.  The X axis has linear rails that result in smooth cut radiuses and accurate part processing.    

Industrial Build Quality: Solid steel frame with high-temperature stress-relieved welds for superior durability and stability.

Safety Features: Includes a UL certified electrical panel, emergency stop buttons, interlocked access points, and a safety key switch to ensure compliance with US CDRH requirements.
