Overview:
The CodeSource Laser Tool Box™ XL is a compact yet powerful laser marking system designed for precision, ease of use, and versatility. With a generous work area (with a T-slot table) and marking field, it enables fast, high-quality marking on a wide range of materials including metals, plastics, ceramics, and laser tape. At its core is a rugged, low-maintenance air cooled fiber laser built for long-term reliability. Available in 20, 30, 50, and 70 watt options.
Intuitive Operation: The Laser Tool Box™ XL is easy to operate thanks to MagicMark software. Label designs can be created in just a few clicks using the integrated layout tools. Material parameters are automatically configured via a built-in database. Dual focus finders and a preview mode ensure accurate and efficient part positioning every time. The MagicMark software also manages system control and monitors the optional laser fume extraction system, ensuring safe and clean operation at all times.
High Efficiency and Reliability: The Laser Tool Box™ XL emphasizes simplicity, robustness, and durability. As a standardized, production-ready system, it offers outstanding cost-efficiency—ideal even for small production runs, thanks to its competitive price point and minimal operating cost.
Increased Marking Area: The Laser Tool Box™ XL boasts an extended marking window adjusting wheel for expanding the marking area in the X direction to nearly 13'' across the T-Slot chamber. Adjustment of the laser head is performed by simply turning the wheel located on the right-hand side of the laser marking system.
